Downtown Portland Luxury Condo Remodel

This 1,200-square-foot condo in downtown Portland had been completely demolished by the homeowners before we joined the project. Starting from the exposed structure, we transformed the space into a sleek, modern home featuring custom walnut cabinetry, marble tile, and carefully placed glass elements. A mirrored glass backsplash in the kitchen reflects the surrounding space and city views, helping the kitchen feel larger, brighter, and more open. The finished condo combines natural warmth with clean lines and thoughtfully selected details throughout.
